AGREED FINAL ORDER OF DISMISSAL

On this day the Court considered the parties request to dismiss the claims remaining in this suit. Specifically, Plaintiff Nationwide Property & Casualty Insurance Company represented to the Court that it determined that its claims against Milton Faber, Individually and d/b/a Faber Adjusting were without merit and that it desired to dismiss with prejudice, its claims against Milton Faber, individuall and d/b/a FAber Adjusting.

THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Plaintiff Nationwide Property & Casualty Insurance Company take nothing by way of its claims against Defendant Milton Faber, Individually and d/b/a Faber Adjusting and tht such claims are herepby dismissed with prejudice. 

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that each party shall hear their own legal fees and cost of court. This Agreed Final Order of Dismissal constitutes a final appealable order and any relief not specifically granted herein is denied.
