These reports can include a letter of value, a summary report with gridded comparables, and adjustments to a full narrative report. The appraisal fees listed here should be taken as based on a typical report which would be the summary report with gridded comparable and adjustments. The most commonly used appraisal form is the 1004 SFR form. Our fee for this service begins at $350. The fee for the 1025 form which is a multi-unit form begins at $525.
