To run this, open "PowerShell (x86)" and run it as an Administrator. After that, you can copy and paste the PowerShell prompt and hit enter. 

Note -- You should restart your Windows PC.

Also, you should consider carefully if you want this because this will remove things such as the Xbox app, Camera App, etc.
