Not sure where to start? To get started and familiarize yourself with the Legacy Quest ecosystem, head over to the ‘Tutorial’ area located on the settings page. This section is designed to guide you through the basics, offering step-by-step instructions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Whether you’re exploring features for the first time or looking to deepen your understanding of the system, the tutorial is your go-to resource for helpful insights and practical tips. Dive in and get ready to make the most of all that Legacy Quest has to offer!

Do you ever have that one time where you want to go outside of a game but don't want to lose your progress or close the game? Now you can with Game Assist, but in order to use split screen we need to do a few steps to get splitting!

1. Open the Android Settings app.
2. Tap the "About phone" and tap the Build Number 7 times.
3. You've enabled developer settings and can now enable it!
4. In the settings app and search for Developer Settings.
5. Scroll down to find the setting "Force activities to be resizable" and toggle it on.

Note - Parents should be advised if allowing their children under the age of 13 to use this app as it may contain diverse content based on an ESRB rating. The app developer is not responsible for allowing your child(ren) watching trailers and viewing screenshots. The Legacy Quest app rating is ESRB - TEEN (Diverse Content, Discretion Advised). If you are a child under the age of 13, please uninstall the Legacy Quest app or get permission from your parent(s) to use this app on your device.

Reporting is a good feature to have in any app. With reporting, you'll be able to report a game or an app that has glitches that affect your experience! You'll be able to submit screenshot(s), description, and report type! Note - your email is required in order to get in contact if needed. Your email will not be used for anything other than contacting as needed to get more insight if your report doesn't provide enough insight. You are limited to one (1) submission at a time for reports and will receive an email when your form gets returned. If you have any further questions, please contact support to get assistance. A copy of your response will be emailed to you instantly after submission.

To open reporting, use the following steps below to submit a report:

1. Open the Menu (hamburger menu) at the top left.

2. Go to the Report tab.

3. Sign in and fill out the form.

4. Submit the form and wait for your results.

Got a game or app, but don't remember the name? Or just want to find a screenshot? You can do all of that using the searchbar! To use the searchbar click the 🔍 at the top right. There are some basic tips below to help narrow down a search. 

1. Use the search icon to find settings!

2. Use specific keywords.

3. Type specific games to get only those results.

To check for updates on the app for new things such as features, bug fixes, and performance improvements. Use the tip below to check for updates. Staying up-to-date with the latest version of your app is important for ensuring you have access to new features, important bug fixes, and improvements in performance. Here's how you can check for updates to make sure you're using the most recent version of the app!

1. Open the ⚙️SETTINGS in the Legacy Quest app.
2. Open the Settings dropdown.

3. Tap the 🔁 Updates.

4. Tap the Check for Update to insure that you are on the latest version!

5. Update if needed.

Unsure if you want to download an app or game? Use the download size found in all apps and games! Note - All bigger games have a caution symbol indicating it's download size is more than 1024MB. This will help you find what is right for you when finding games to download on your device.

Watching trailers can be good, but did you know you can watch them in fullscreen? Tap the fullscreen button on each video found in the "Overview" section of each game on the Legacy Quest ecosystem! This can be handy if you'd like to eliminate distractions that are around you and also makes your experience immersive and diverse.

Wonder what Google Play games you own? Not a problem, click the 📚 to go to check! If your device doesn't take you to your games, you can use the following tip below to help navigate there.

1. Open the side menu

2. Click 📚 My Library

For tips on helping and improving your battery, please head to the Battery Help area.

Note - on Android 11 or earlier, enabling these settings will not allow controllers to work. On Android 12 or later - you won't have this issue when accessing Accessibility content. To access the Accessibility settings on your device, use the following steps below.

1. Open the device Settings app.

2. Find the label Accessibility and tap on it.

3. Enable the ones you need.

You can use store filters to refine your taste to things such as racing, different perspectives, or viewing all the games that are on the Legacy Quest Store! More filters will be added from time to time with updates. To go the filters, use the steps below:

1. Go to the Store

2. Find the label Filters.

3. Select a filter that you'd like to pick.

4. Surf away!!!

Tags are tags that can be clicked on when viewing a game on the Store. These will also take you to the corresponding filter.

1. Go to the Store.

2. Go to any Game.

3. Select a Tag that you'd like to pick.

There are alot of things going on in gaming such as new content for games, new passes, and more! Check out the News tab to get information on the latest gaming news. Note - The news is provided by IGN to help supercharge your experience as you surf, game, and chill away! What are you waiting for? Take the following steps below to go the News:

1. Open the Menu (hamburger menu) at the top left.

2. Go to the News tab.

3. Surf away the best news!

Wallpapers are a unique way to customize your device and make it yours! There are many interesting wallpapers in the community. Some unique wallpapers also include Android and AI wallpapers. To access Wallpapers, use the following steps below:

1. Open the Menu (hamburger menu) at the top left.

2. Go to the Wallpaper tab under the discover dropdown.

3. Click the download button on a wallpaper.

4. Set it as your device wallpaper.

Accidentally deleted it? No problem, just go back to the wallpaper and re-download it!

Got multiple Android devices? Not a problem, you can use the Device Manager to manage those devices! This will allow you to manage all your Android devices in one area rather than using each individual device. To use the device manager, please use the following steps below.

1. Navigate to the Discover tab or Store.

2. Tap the📱icon in the top left.

3. Follow the Sign-In instructions

4. You can now manage your devices.

Note -- The Legacy Quest ecosystem does not save your sign-in information to keep you and your information safe. 

Want to browse the web, but don't want to exit the app? Not a problem, you can now use the built in in-app 🕹️ Game Assist and select your search engine! To start browsing, use the following steps below to browse!


1. Open the Menu

2. Tap the 🕹️ Game Assist in the menu

3. Select your search engine!

Note -- The search engine you choose to share information will save them for you!

Introducing Insider Preview! Insider Previews are is that there are features that are incomplete that will be available for everyone to test the foundations of the feature. v10.00 won't have any features that will be in Insider Preview, but is expected in the future starting with v10.00! I think this is a good way to funnel ideas and new users to the app and being able to take risks without a loss.
