Hello Chef Livingston,
I had the Jerk Chicken this week, and oh my goodness! I typically do not like Jerk spices because they are normally too spicey. But this was the most amazing chicken I have ever had, Jerk or otherwise. The chicken was moist and the spices were the best, hot enough to give the good flavor but not spicy enough to make me sad. I also had the dessert, and it was so fresh and had the best balance. Thank you for opening the Cafe back up to us at other buildings! I cannot wait to see what other yummy meals we get to try!!!
Also, is there a central place to do comments and compliments or is email the best way?

Good Afternoon, I just wanted to say how very impressed I was with my first Cafe meal. I give it a 10/10!! Your students should be very proud! I can't wait for the next one.
Thanks!

Chef Livingston,
I meant to write sooner but I wanted to pass my compliments to the fine chefs you have in the TCALC culinary program. The jerk chicken that I ate that day was some of the best jerk chicken I've ever had and I've eaten a lot of jerk chicken in my life. The spices were perfectly balanced, the chicken was juicy and easy to eat. The black beans and corn salad was cooked well and the sweet potato cakes were scrumptious. I was also impressed by how well everything heated up, not an easy feat. I would like to give a special shout out to the students that put together the cake, it was almost too pretty to eat. The only regret was that I didn't order a second one for dinner that night. Thank you again for bringing back the Legacy Cafe. I am excited for this city's culinary future with the skills your students already have.
Sincerely,
Mr. Deeds
