Camera & Images: We access your device's camera solely to scan food ingredients. These images are processed temporarily by our AI provider (Google Gemini) to identify ingredients. We do not save, store, or share your personal photos on our servers.
Device Information: We collect non-personal data (device model, OS version, crash logs) via Google Firebase to improve app stability.
Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect data (like Advertising ID) to show you relevant ads.
3. How We Use AI (Google Gemini) This app uses the Google Gemini API to analyze images and generate text.
Images sent to Gemini are used strictly for ingredient recognition.
We do not claim ownership of the data used to train the AI models.

2. AI Disclaimer & No Warranty (IMPORTANT) Please read carefully: This app uses Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate recipes and cooking instructions.
No Professional Advice: The content generated is for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional culinary or dietary advice.
Accuracy: AI can make mistakes ("hallucinations"). It may suggest incorrect cooking times, temperatures, or ingredient combinations. Useful Apps Suite does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or quality of any recipe.
Use at Your Own Risk: You agree that any meal you prepare based on this app is done entirely at your own risk.
3. Health and Safety Warning
Food Safety: Always use common sense. Do not consume raw or undercooked meats, and check ingredients for spoilage.
Allergies: The AI does not know your specific allergies. You are solely responsible for checking all ingredients before consumption.
Liability: Useful Apps Suite and the developer shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, food poisoning, illness, allergic reactions, or kitchen accidents) arising from the use of this app.
4. User Conduct You agree not to misuse the app by uploading illegal, offensive, or harmful images to the scanning feature. We reserve the right to terminate access for misuse.
5. Intellectual Property The code and design of "Leftover Chef" are owned by Useful Apps Suite. The recipe text generated by AI is provided to you for personal use.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Useful Apps Suite for any claim arising out of these terms or the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (which is currently $0.00).
7.Subscriptions: Payments for the "Pro" plan are processed by Google Play. You can cancel anytime via your Google Play Account settings.
8. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by the laws of Nepal (or the jurisdiction in which the developer permanently resides), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the developer's home jurisdiction.
