LEEYANARAHMAN COMPANY BACKGROUND

LEEYANARAHMAN® Empire Sdn Bhd was created by two young visionary entrepreneurs, Mr. Muhammad Hafiz bin Dato' Abd Hamid and Mrs. Nur Liyana Binti Abdul Rahman. Both have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).

While risk-averseness and pessimism discouraged new entrepreneurs, Mr. Hafiz and Mrs. Nur Liyana saw entrepreneurship as a mission that could be accomplished. In a job market characterised by fierce competition and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, they felt they had to make a difference, not just for themselves, but for all young people.

Their student status at UiTM did not prevent them from founding a business. On December 31st, 2012, they co-founded LEEYANARAHMAN® Collection as their first venture. The firm, which functioned mostly online, thrived by riding the e-commerce wave, therefore the owners took a chance and formed a "Sendirian Berhad" company in 2016, which would now be known as LEEYANARAHMAN® EMPIRE Sdn Bhd. 

LEEYANARAHMAN® boutique is opened in the same year in a five-story structure in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, Malaysia, and offers a wide range of products from women's to children's and men's wear. To date, the company has roughly 20 employees. Millions of young people have been inspired by the founders' unshakeable perseverance and "can do" mentality, elevating them to the status of inspirational entrepreneurs and leaders.
