First purchase Order 7% of the total value of the order including VAT and all further purchase orders for the period as agreed upon by the said company and Lee Val Pty Ltd in the final contract.
Our Service Business Proposal Contract will outlines the terms and conditions that govern the contractual agreement that Lee Val Pty Ltd will undertakes.
Lee Val Pty Ltd agrees to produce a service, of facilitating the purchase of the said minerals or raw products as stipulated by the various mineral companies.
In consideration of the mutual agreement made by the parties hereto, the Seller and the Purchaser (individually, each a 'Party' and collectively, the 'Parties') agree to the following:

Any party may terminate the final agreement for any reason by giving notice of 30 days should the other party violate any applicable law in the Republic of South Africa and the said Company.

There will be no modification of this Business Proposal Contract unless it is agreed to in writing by both Parties in the final contract.
Applicable Law
Applicable Law
The Business Proposal Contract and its terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa together the Constitution of Republic of South Africa. This contract is subject to the exclusive of the laws set out in the said Company's country which may be included in the final contract.
