Wilegoda Mudalige, Jayani M. (Graduate Student)

Melanika is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Physics, having joined the program in August 2025.
She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, in February 2024.
Her current research focuses on investigating unconventional superconducting gap structures, aiming to uncover the underlying mechanisms of novel quantum materials.

Davis, Clay  (Undergraduate Student, REU Student)

Clay is an undergraduate REU (Research Experiences for Undergraduates) participant, visiting from Hanover College.
His current research focuses on deepening the understanding of superconductivity and exploring superconducting gap structures.
