Thank you for visiting my site. I am the Lead Researcher at the WageIndicator Foundation. My area of specialisation is Microeconometrics, with applications in development economics.  

I was a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Econometrics and Operations Research, Tilburg University, Netherlands. Previously, I have worked as a Research Scientist at the Department of Educational Technology at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and as a Global Education Monitoring Fellow at UNESCO, Paris. I have a Ph.D. in Economics from Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research, Mumbai, India. 

I am the Editor of the WageIndicator Working Paper Series, Fellow at Global Labor Organization (GLO) and the Managing Editor of the GLO Discussion Paper series. I also serve as the Regional Representative of South Asia at the International Association for Time Use Research (IATUR).
