I’m a Matchmove Lead and Senior Tracking / Matchmove / Layout Artist with 9+ years of experience in the VFX industry, specializing in camera tracking, object tracking, matchmove, layout, integration, roto-animation, proxy geometry, and on-set data capture. Over the years, I’ve contributed to feature films, streaming series, and commercials, delivering accurate camera and scene data that helps downstream departments work efficiently and confidently.
I’ve had the opportunity to work on high-profile projects such as Dune: Part Two, Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga, Deadpool 2, Avengers: Infinity War, Pokémon: Detective Pikachu, Sonic the Hedgehog, Daredevil: Born Again, and Happy Gilmore 2. Along with hands-on shot production, I also bring experience in shot QC, outsource checks, team support, and mentoring artists to maintain both quality and consistency across deliveries.
I enjoy solving complex tracking challenges, building clean and production-friendly scenes, and helping teams achieve fast, accurate, and high-quality results. Proficient in 3DEqualizer, Maya, Nuke, SynthEyes, RealityCapture, and Unreal Engine, I’m always interested in improving workflows and exploring new tools and techniques in VFX production

Responsibilities:
• Creating motion files, including a camera and/or the object, that match the original background plate photography.
• Geometric reconstruction of important static objects in the scene.
• Reconstructing the placement of motion files (camera or object track) in the 3D set in order to quality control the accuracy of each track.
• Collaborating with other departments as required to ensure that the CG elements are seamlessly incorporated into the shot.
• Rendering wireframes of the scene geometry to be rendered and composited over the original plate to help judge the accuracy of each track.
• Work well in a team environment and take direction from the Lead and Production team.

Matchmove Artist /CameraTrack TD
Responsibilities:
Creating matchmove tasks such as camera tracking, character matching (rotoanim), solving lens distortion, deformation matching of surfaces, solving native stereo plates. Models set geometry used to create the matchmove and environment when LiDAR/photogrammetry are unavailable. Creates creative camera work for non-plate shots and camera takeover shots with minimal guidance.
