1. Service Agreement: By engaging Lee Air Cond for air conditioning services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Service Scope: Our services include air conditioning installation, repair, maintenance, and cleaning, as specified in the agreed-upon service request form or contract.
3. Appointment Confirmation: All service appointments are subject to confirmation by our team. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments based on technician availability and operational requirements.
4. Service Charges: Service charges will be communicated and agreed upon prior to the commencement of any work. Additional charges may apply for parts replacement or additional services not included in the initial agreement.
5. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services rendered, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, bank transfers, or other agreed-upon payment methods. Failure to make payment may result in additional fees or legal action to recover outstanding amounts.
6. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
7. Liability: While we take utmost care in providing our services, we shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our services, except in cases of proven negligence on our part. We recommend that customers obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their property and equipment.
8. Customer Obligations: Customers are responsible for providing access to the air conditioning units and ensuring a safe working environment for our technicians during service visits. Customers are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals for installation or repair work.
9. Feedback and Disputes:We welcome feedback from our customers and strive to resolve any disputes or concerns promptly and amicably. Customers can contact our customer service department to escalate any issues or provide feedback on our services.
