This Privacy Policy applies to the LedgerX 360 mobile application (the “Application”), provided by Khalid Mustafa Tech (the “Service Provider”) as an ad-supported service. The Application is provided “as is.”
## 1. What LedgerX 360 does
LedgerX 360 is an offline-first digital ledger and business-management application for small shops, market vendors, retailers and local businesses. It helps users manage sales, expenses, customer credit, payments, inventory, suppliers, invoices, reports and backup files.
## 2. Information processed by the Application
LedgerX 360 does not require account registration or login for normal use.
You may enter the following information:
- Business name, owner name, phone number and address
- Customer and supplier names, phone numbers, addresses and notes
- Product names, SKUs, barcode values, categories, prices and stock quantities
- Sales, orders, expenses, purchases, payments, invoices and due balances
- Transaction notes, payment status, language, invoice settings and backup history
This business information is stored locally on your device so the Application can provide its ledger, inventory, invoicing, reporting and backup features. The Service Provider does not operate a separate server that receives your business ledger records.
## 3. Technical information
Third-party software used by the Application may process limited technical information, including:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Device type, operating-system version and app version
- App interactions, screens visited, access time and session duration
- Crash, diagnostic and performance information
- Advertising ID and related device identifiers used for advertising, analytics, security and fraud prevention
## 4. Local storage, backup and export
Business records remain on your device until you delete them, clear the Application’s data or uninstall it.
LedgerX 360 may let you export encrypted or plain JSON backup files and Excel-compatible CSV files. An export may contain your business profile, customers, suppliers, products, sales, purchases, payments, invoices and reports. Export or sharing only begins when you choose it.
If you save or share a file through another application, email provider, cloud-storage provider or messaging service, that third party handles the file under its own privacy policy. You are responsible for protecting exported files after they leave LedgerX 360.
## 5. Phone contacts
When you choose **Pick from phone**, Android’s system contact picker lets you select one phone-number record. LedgerX 360 reads only the phone number you explicitly select and uses it to fill the business profile. The Application does not request unrestricted access to your contacts for this feature.
## 6. Barcode and camera features
The Application may store barcode values to identify and manage products. Barcode information is not used for personal profiling.
If you start barcode or QR scanning, camera access is used only for that scan. LedgerX 360 does not use the camera to collect photos or videos for advertising or profiling.
## 7. Location and automated profiling
LedgerX 360 does not collect precise location data.
The Application does not use artificial intelligence to profile personal user data or make automated decisions about users.
## 8. Advertising and third-party services
The Application may use:
- Google AdMob
- Google Play Services
- Google User Messaging Platform, where consent or privacy choices are required
These services may process advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, network signals, app-interaction events, crash information and diagnostics for ad delivery, consent management, analytics, fraud prevention, security and service improvement.

Advertising is not shown before the Application’s introduction and business setup are complete. LedgerX 360 does not place ads on privacy, security, backup or business-profile screens. Rewarded advertising, when available, requires a clear user choice.
## 9. Data sharing
The Service Provider does not sell your personal data.
Information may be shared only:
- With service providers needed to operate advertising, consent, analytics, security or performance features
- When you choose to export or share a backup, CSV, invoice or other file
- To comply with a legal obligation
- To protect rights, safety, security or prevent fraud and abuse
## 10. Retention and deletion
Locally stored business information remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data or uninstall the Application. Exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them.
Technical, advertising, consent, usage and diagnostic information processed by third parties may be retained according to their policies and as needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, analytics and service operation.
You may stop local processing by deleting records, clearing app data or uninstalling LedgerX 360. Where supported by Android, you can also reset or delete your Advertising ID in device settings.
## 11. Children’s privacy
LedgerX 360 is not directed to children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact the Service Provider so reasonable deletion steps can be taken.
## 12. Security
The Service Provider uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. LedgerX 360 includes device-local storage, optional app locking and password-protected encrypted backup features. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
## 13. International processing
Third-party services used by the Application may process limited technical, consent or advertising information on servers outside your country, subject to their applicable safeguards and policies.
## 14. Your consent and privacy choices
By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where required, LedgerX 360 requests advertising consent and provides privacy choices through Google’s User Messaging Platform. You may change available privacy choices from the Application’s Settings screen.
## 15. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The online policy will show a revised “Last updated” date. Please review it periodically.
