Thank you for using LedgerVault: Account Manager (“the App”).
Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use our mobile application.
Most of your data is stored locally on your device and never leaves it.
However, to help improve app performance and fix crashes, we use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, which may automatically collect limited diagnostic and usage information, such as:
Device information (model, OS version, country, etc.)
App usage events (e.g., screen opens, button taps)
Crash logs (for debugging and improving app stability)
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal financial, business, or user-entered data (like account details, transactions, or attachments).
The App requests the following permissions:
Camera Permission – used only when capturing an image as an attachment.
Internet Permission – required for Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to send anonymous diagnostic data.
Access Network State Permission – used to check internet availability before sending data to Firebase.
We never use these permissions for any other purpose.
Your account data, transactions, and attachments are stored locally using Room Database and your device’s internal storage.
Backup files are also saved locally; no data is uploaded or shared with our servers.
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics data may be processed by Google servers, in accordance with their policies.
