Thank you for using LedgerFlow – Khata & Invoice. We are committed to helping you manage your business finances smoothly. If you have any questions, face any issues, or want to share feedback, you are in the right place.
Simply download LedgerFlow from the App Store and set up your profile. From the home screen, you can add customers, manage their khata, record transactions, and generate invoices easily.
Go to the home screen and tap the "+" button. Enter the customer’s name, phone number, and other details, then save.
Open a customer’s account, then choose:
"Given" to record money you gave (debit)
"Received" to record money you received (credit)
All transactions will automatically update the customer’s balance.
While managing a customer, you can create an invoice by adding items, quantity, price, and applicable GST. The app will generate a professional invoice that you can share.
All your data is stored securely on your device. LedgerFlow does not store your personal financial data on external servers.
Yes. Since data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the app will remove all stored data permanently.
Please ensure you are using the latest version of the app. If the issue persists, try restarting the app.
Yes. You can open the customer profile and update their details anytime. Changes will be reflected across the app.
Yes. LedgerFlow is designed with privacy in mind. Your data remains private and is not shared with any third parties.
