These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of LED GlowBanner ("GlowBanner" or "the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The Service
GlowBanner lets you create, display, save, and export text banners. Features may vary by platform, device, region, and App version.
Your Content and Conduct
You retain responsibility for text and other content you enter or display. You must have the rights needed to use that content. Do not use the App to display unlawful, threatening, deceptive, infringing, harassing, hateful, or unsafe content, or in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.
Safety
Do not use banners while driving or in any situation where screen use could distract you, obstruct visibility, create a hazard, impersonate official signage, or violate venue or local rules. Disco and animated effects may cause discomfort or photosensitive reactions. Stop using them if discomfort occurs. Weather may be cached, delayed, or unavailable and must not be relied upon for safety-critical decisions. Timers are not a substitute for safety-critical alarms.
Advertising and Exports
The free version may show interstitial ads and may require an optional rewarded ad before an export. The required action and export reward will be disclosed before a rewarded ad is shown. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Pro access removes ads while the subscription is active.
Exported files may be shared through third-party apps. You are responsible for the content you export and for complying with the receiving service's terms.
Pro Subscriptions and Trials
Glow+ is a weekly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. The price, billing period, and included benefits are shown before purchase. Apple App Store or Google Play handles payment.
Eligible users may receive a 3 days free trial where offered. When the trial ends, the paid weekly subscription starts automatically unless canceled. To avoid being charged for an Apple free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Canceling stops future renewals; paid access normally continues until the current billing period ends.
Glow+ benefits are available while your subscription or trial is active. You can restore an existing purchase through the app where supported.
Refunds and billing disputes follow the applicable store’s policies and your legal consumer rights. Canceling does not automatically refund payments already made.
License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful purposes under these Terms and the applicable app-store terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, rent, disrupt, or misuse the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, ad availability, export compatibility with every third-party app, or support for every device configuration.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with every device or sharing service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App, exported content, third-party services, or loss of locally stored content. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security threats, fraud, or material violations of these Terms.
App Store Terms
Your use is also subject to the terms of the store from which you downloaded the App. For iOS, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where required: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the App, business model, or legal requirements change. The revised effective date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
