Trendnalysis LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides LED Flashlight, a mobile application that combines flashlight tools with launcher and home screen functionality.
We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how information is accessed, used, collected, and shared when you use LED Flashlight.
This Privacy Policy explains our privacy practices, the permissions required by the App, and how third-party services may process certain information.
By installing or using LED Flashlight, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
LED Flashlight provides flashlight and device personalization features that may include:
LED flashlight functionality;
quick flashlight controls;
SOS or flashing light modes;
adjustable or alternative lighting modes, where supported by the device;
home screen launcher functionality;
display and organization of installed applications;
quick access to applications from the home screen; and
related device personalization features.
Some functionality may vary depending on your Android version, device manufacturer, and hardware capabilities.
LED Flashlight includes launcher functionality and may be selected by the user as the device's default Home app.
When you choose LED Flashlight as your default launcher, the App may replace or modify the presentation of your Android home screen and provide an alternative interface for accessing your applications.
Your installed applications are not removed from your device when you enable the launcher. Their appearance, arrangement, or method of access on the home screen may change.
You remain in control of your default launcher selection. You can switch back to another launcher at any time through your Android system settings.
You can also uninstall LED Flashlight using the standard Android application management process.
LED Flashlight requests only permissions that are reasonably necessary to provide its features. The permissions available to the App may depend on your device and Android version.
On certain Android devices or Android versions, access to the camera system may be required to control the device's LED flashlight.
If Camera permission is requested, it is used only to enable and control the flashlight hardware.
LED Flashlight does not use this permission to secretly photograph or record you.
We do not use the Camera permission to:
take personal photos without your action;
record videos without your action;
perform facial recognition; or
upload camera images for advertising purposes.
Because LED Flashlight includes launcher functionality, the App may need access to information about applications installed on your device so that it can display, organize, search for, and launch those applications from the launcher interface.
Depending on the Android version and implementation, this functionality may involve package visibility APIs or the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission.
Information about installed applications is accessed only as necessary to provide launcher-related functionality.
We do not sell your installed application inventory.
We do not use your installed application inventory to build advertising profiles, and we do not share the installed application inventory with advertising networks for advertising or analytics monetization.
Where technically possible, installed-app information used by the launcher is processed locally on your device.
Internet access may be used for functions such as:
loading advertisements;
communicating with analytics or diagnostic services;
retrieving configuration information;
checking or delivering application-related content; and
maintaining application functionality.
Internet access itself does not provide us with unrestricted access to information stored on your device.
If LED Flashlight provides notifications, Android may ask you to grant notification permission.
Notifications may be used to provide feature reminders, service-related information, product updates, or other App-related messages.
You can disable notifications at any time through your device's system settings.
Depending on the version of LED Flashlight and the Android version installed on your device, additional technical permissions may be required for specific user-facing functionality.
We aim to limit permission requests to those reasonably necessary for the operation of the App.
We may collect or process limited information necessary to operate, maintain, analyze, secure, and improve LED Flashlight.
Depending on the features and third-party services included in the version you use, this information may include:

advertising identifiers where permitted;

App interactions and usage events;
advertising interaction information;

We do not intentionally request information such as your legal name, personal address, passwords, private messages, or financial account credentials as part of the App's core flashlight or launcher functionality.
Information processed through LED Flashlight may be used to:

operate flashlight features;
provide launcher and home screen functionality;
display and launch installed applications;
diagnose crashes and technical problems;
monitor performance and reliability;
understand how features are used;
improve the user experience;
prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents;
display and measure advertisements;

We do not use information for purposes materially different from those described in this Privacy Policy without providing appropriate notice or obtaining consent where required.
LED Flashlight may display advertisements.
We may use third-party advertising services, such as Google AdMob, to provide and measure advertisements.
Depending on your region, consent choices, device configuration, and applicable law, advertising providers may process information such as:
advertising identifiers;

device information;
approximate location;
ad impressions;
ad clicks or interactions; and
other advertising-related technical information.
Where required, we may use a consent management solution such as Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage advertising or privacy choices.

Depending on the Firebase services implemented in the App, these services may process information including:

App interactions;

diagnostic information; and
performance information.
Such information helps us identify technical issues and improve App stability and functionality.
LED Flashlight may integrate third-party SDKs or services for advertising, analytics, diagnostics, consent management, and other operational purposes.

LED Flashlight may access installed-app information solely where necessary to enable users to view, organize, search for, or launch applications through the launcher.
We do not:
sell installed-app information;
share installed-app inventories for advertising monetization;
share installed-app inventories for analytics monetization;
use installed-app inventories to create behavioral advertising profiles; or
use package visibility for purposes unrelated to legitimate launcher functionality.
Certain Android permissions may involve information that users reasonably consider sensitive.
Before requesting sensitive permissions where required by applicable policy, LED Flashlight may display an in-app disclosure explaining:
what information or device capability is being accessed;
why access is required;
how the information is used; and
whether information is shared with third parties.
Where consent is required, permission will be requested through the appropriate Android permission or consent mechanism.
We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared with service providers only when reasonably necessary to provide functions such as advertising, analytics, diagnostics, security, or App operation.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
comply with applicable law or legal process;
respond to lawful requests from authorities;
protect the rights, property, or safety of users, Trendnalysis LLC, or others;
investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; or
enforce applicable terms and policies.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Information processed exclusively on your device may be removed when you clear App data or uninstall the App.
Information processed by third-party service providers may be retained according to their respective retention policies.
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
Where supported and appropriate, information transmitted between the App and service providers is protected using secure network connections.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your device, region, and applicable law, you may have options to:
grant or deny App permissions;
disable notifications;
manage advertising privacy choices;
reset or delete your advertising identifier where supported;
change the default Home/launcher application;
clear LED Flashlight's App data;
uninstall LED Flashlight; and
contact us regarding privacy questions or applicable data rights.
Permission settings can generally be managed through Android's Settings > Apps > LED Flashlight > Permissions menu, although the exact path may differ by device.
Using LED Flashlight as your default Home app is optional.
If you no longer want to use LED Flashlight as your launcher, you can select another Home app through your Android device settings.
The exact menu varies by manufacturer, but it is commonly available under:
Settings > Apps > Default Apps > Home App
You may then select your preferred system or third-party launcher.
You may also uninstall LED Flashlight through the normal Android application management interface.
We do not intentionally implement technical measures designed to prevent users from changing their default launcher or uninstalling the App.
LED Flashlight is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed toward children under the age at which parental consent is required under applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children in violation of applicable law.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, please contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
Third-party service providers may process information on servers located outside your country or region.
Where applicable, we and our service providers take appropriate measures to process information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to LED Flashlight, our data practices, third-party services, legal requirements, or Google Play policies.
