SURVASE GOPAL yes he, merely at the age of 19 years then & tried to challenge his limitations & dare to see a dream beyond his reach.

Belonging to extremely poor family, despite of all odds SURVASE GOPAL took admission in a degree program in a reputed institute of Hospitality Management in year 2005 in Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai. Soon he was asked to quit the course because he was unable to pay the course fee(s). Upon seeing him crying a very young teacher, who recently started his career in academics approached him & on being learning the reason not only he helped SURVASE GOPAL with his own money but also encouraged other students & staff members to donate for noble cause so that SURVASE GOPAL can complete his studies.

This continued for next 2 years after which the teacher left the job & joined other institution. Few months later when he visited the previous institution he was shocked to learn that SURVASE GOPAL had quit the course due to financial crisis, he also learnt that this time he was not helped by staff member & no. of helping students were also very less. Meanwhile the teacher was handed over a letter by Principal which was written by SURVASE GOPAL.

Summary of letter was such - Dear Sir, you tried to help me a lot for that I will always remain grateful and now on wards I will remember you as "BHAU" meaning brother, it was my misfortune that during final year all denied to help me, my 2 years are wasted, I don't know what lies ahead but thank you once again for helping me and trying to make impossible things, possible BHAU.

The letter not only touched the heart of Amit Pal Sir but it penetrated deep, infact very deep. Now I hope you got the name of the teacher, YES it's our Vice President Mr. Amit Pal.

This incident gave birth to Brotherhood Society for welfare of mankind, under which Le CONNOISSEUR THE ACADEMY OF HOSPITALITY EDUCATION is formed to provide highest possible standards in Hospitality education.

Le CONNOISSEUR is a saga of struggle, pain & wait for past 14 years that you see today. We all are volunteering for noble cause to serve mankind & seek your support for the same.
