Procedure to be followed for Issuing Transportation Passes and Bonafide/Character Certificate
1.Download Application Form from
2.Fill up the form and duly signed by Authorized Person of Concern Dept.
3.Submit Filled Form to Section along with Required Documents
4.Issue Certificate
Documents to be Attached: 1) Aadhar Card
2) ID Card
3) Paid Fee Receipt
Admission Cancellation Procedure.
Step: 1. Written Application from Students with Consent from parent and Recommendation from Concern Dept.
Step:2. Forward Hard Copies to GTU and Online Recommendation by Institute Authority (through GTU Admin panel)
Required Documents: 1) Application Form
2) Self Attested Copy of Aadhar card of Student and parent
3) Notarized Affidavit on Stamp paper by parent
Procedure for Name Correction
Name of Candidate should be According to 10th mark sheet. If not matched with It then students should follow the below steps:
1) Duly filled Application Format given by GTU.
2) Deposit Fee with amount of Rs.150/ Marksheet through Link given in Circular regarding the same and print out the receipt.

3) Submit the Two sets of Following Documents in Student Section:
