Fort Indiantown Gap Military Reservation Conservation Club Wounded Veteran Program

The Fort Indiantown Gap Fish And Game Conservation Club holds an annual Weekend Sportsmen Program for Wounded Veterans.  The purpose is to provide a sporting experience for our military personnel who made a sacrifice for our safety and well being.  All meals, lodging, and any needed equipment are provided at no cost to the veterans. 

When: This years' event is being held on Friday, May 05 and Saturday, May 06, 2023.

What: On Friday, each participating warrior is teamed with members of the club, and other volunteers, to go on a morning turkey hunt at Fort Indiantown Gap. In the afternoon and evening the participants are able to fish in a stocked lake at the Gap. The Club stocks two lakes and a stream at Fort Indiantown Gap.

The second day, Saturday, is a mirror image of the first day, with breakfast, a morning turkey hunt, lunch, followed by fishing and a meal at a local restaurant in the evening.
