SageForge ("we", "us", or "our") operates the LeashLink mobile application (the "App"). This page explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use LeashLink:

• Email address, first name, last name and phone number (provided during registration)

• Home address including street address, city and postcode (collected from clients for walk pickup purposes)

• Dog profile information including name, age, breed, size, temperament and photos

• Booking information including dates, services and pricing

• Profile photos uploaded by users

• Device location data (GPS), including background location collected while a walk is active, used to track the route and share the walker's live position with the client during the walk

• Payment and subscription information processed securely through Stripe

• For walkers: business name, logo, brand colours and header images used to customise the app appearance

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the LeashLink service

• Connect dog owners with their chosen walker or groomer

• Process bookings and payments

• Share pickup address information with the walker assigned to a booking

• Allow walkers and groomers to contact their clients

• Improve and maintain the App

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which complies with industry-standard security practices. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the UK or EU, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Request correction of inaccurate data

• Request deletion of your data

• Withdraw consent at any time
