1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Four Leaf Clover Ventures (“LeaseLogic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you use the LeaseLogic platform, applications, or services (the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
Account Data: name, email address, login credentials (stored securely), and user preferences.
Lease Content: documents, addenda, communications, notices, and any text or images you upload to the Service.
Device and Usage Data: IP-derived region, operating system, browser or app version, device identifiers, log data, diagnostics, and crash reports.
Payment and Transaction Data: subscription level, purchase details, and billing metadata processed through third-party payment providers or app stores.
Optional Sensitive Data: users may upload documents containing government IDs, banking details, or other identifiers. We do not require such information and recommend redacting unnecessary personal details before upload.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information for the following purposes:
To operate, maintain, and provide the Service.
To analyze leases and generate jurisdiction-aware insights.
To personalize user experience and surface relevant content.
To improve, test, and develop new features and models.
To secure the Service, detect misuse, and prevent fraud.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
To communicate with users regarding Service updates, support, or product information (where permitted by law).
4. Training and Model Improvement
LeaseLogic may use de-identified or aggregated data to train and evaluate its AI models. Users may request to opt out of training uses of their uploaded content by contacting legal@fourleafclover.io. Opt-out requests will not affect processing strictly necessary to deliver the Service.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share information as follows:
Service Providers: with vendors and partners that provide hosting, storage, analytics, payment processing, OCR, or customer support.
Business Transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Legal Requirements: when required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
User Direction: when you instruct us to share information or consent to specific disclosures.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Inactive accounts may be deleted or de-identified after a reasonable period, subject to backup and legal hold requirements.
7. International Transfers
Data may be stored and processed in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where service providers are located. Protections appropriate to the sensitivity of the data are applied, but users acknowledge that local laws may provide different rights or obligations.

9. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Users in Québec under age 14 require parental consent to use the Service.
10. Security
LeaseLogic applies reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and monitoring. No system is completely secure, and users provide information at their own risk.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by direct notice where legally required. Continued use of the Service after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Policy.
