This project, “Screen Sanity,” was a collaborative effort developed as part of a team in EDLT 5240. Together, we designed a course from the ground up focused on digital wellness and healthy screen habits. We worked through every stage of the design process — from needs analysis to content creation — using shared tools, ongoing peer feedback, and co-planning meetings. This experience deepened my understanding of instructional design and taught me the importance of communication, flexibility, and shared vision when working as part of a design team.
