Jessica Shih 擁有歷史學士學位(主攻東亞研究),並持有美國幼兒教育教師執照。她擁有超過 12 年的教學經驗,曾在台灣、中國、泰國和卡達等國際環境中從事幼兒教育工作。
她精通美國標準課程及英國幼年基礎階段(EYFS)架構,這使她能夠為各式各樣的學習者設計出結構化、符合兒童發展階段且引人入勝的學習體驗。豐富的國際課堂經驗,培養了她靈活且具包容性的教學方法,能有效支援不同語言背景的學生。
Jessica 的教學風格以實作、遊戲式學習以及豐富的語言互動為核心。她對幼兒早期讀寫能力和自然發音(Phonics)教學特別充滿熱忱,致力於在充滿樂趣與支持的環境中,幫助孩子們打下堅實的基礎技能。

Jessica Shih holds a B.A. in History with a focus on East Asian studies, along with a U.S. Early Childhood Teaching License. With over 12 years of teaching experience, she has worked with young learners across international settings, including Taiwan, China, Thailand, and Qatar.
She is well-versed in the standard U.S. curriculum as well as the British EYFS framework, allowing her to create structured, developmentally appropriate, and engaging learning experiences for a wide range of learners. Her international classroom experience has shaped a flexible and inclusive teaching approach that supports diverse language backgrounds.
Jessica’s teaching style centers on hands-on, play-based learning and language-rich interaction. She is especially passionate about early literacy and phonics, helping children build strong foundational skills in a fun, supportive environment.
She also has intermediate proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, supporting communication with students and families in bilingual settings.
