A Seesaw activity that helps unpack the Zones of Regulation.
Most of the activities are adapted from the He's Extraordinary website.
It is multi pages so needs the paid version of Seesaw to view them all.

To make your own copy that you can edit:

Play Snakes and Ladders and practise your oral language skills while you answer the questions you land on.
You could use the mote chrome extension with this game.Β
They students use the chrome extension to record their answer and place it in the appropriate square.
You can then hear and reflect on their answers. Students can listen to each other and get to know people a bit more.
Use Jamboard to create a quick way to check in with how students or colleagues are feeling.
It has drawing tools which can be used to connect ideas or it has text tools for writing.
Younger learners can use the device 's dictation options to record their thinking.
Create one jamboard to share with the class, or create one jamboard for each student and show feelings over time.
Listen to the story 'The Perseverance Spot', discuss what it makes you thinnk and wonder before introducing the Learning Pit. Have some fun putting your self in the story and explaining how the Learning Pit can help wiht your learning. (Or use it however you like!)

A Wellbeing board game - made with Flipitty Net.
They roll the dice on the board and choose their colour counter.
A square with an βiβ on it means they click on the i and follow the instructions.
βGrab a cardβ they click on the card deck and tell their buddy what is says on the card.
If they land on an image they have to draw a card and ask their buddy to answer it.
