Client intake and On boarding Process

Thank you for expressing interest in receiving ABA therapy services for your child with Learning My Way ABA. Below you will find the steps from on boarding to the first day of service and what to expect during the process.

• Complete intake form

• Submit learner Insurance Card and Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation

• Once the intake form and requested documents is received you will be evaluated for services. During this process we are determining if we accept your insurance and have immediate availability to start services. Please note: we do not have an internal wait list, we only accept clients we can start services with immediately.

• After confirming we can accept you as a client you will be scheduled for an initial assessment.

  • This will be scheduled within 1-2 weeks depending on BCBA availability.

• After completing the initial assessment the BCBA will write the initial assessment treatment plan and behavior intervention plan

  • This process usually takes 1 week to complete the report

• Parents can expect to receive the completed written report within `1 week to review, approve and/or request changes to goals.

• Once the parent approves the goals the report will be submitted to insurance for approval.

  • This process can take up to 2 weeks for approval.

• Once insurance has approved the goals we are now ready to start services.

  • Services should be started within 1 week of insurance approving the assessment.
