LEARNING IS INTERESTING AND FUN
During the project time was held 3 physical and 1 virtual "Learning, teaching and training" events. During every event took place workshops to learn about integrating technology to everyday learning activities.
All the new equipment, educational robots, internet sites and applications for creating learning activities are gathered here on this site. All this information is today very useful when planning online or distance learning at schools and kindergartens in all part of Europe.
Equipment
1.LEGO STRORYSTARTER SET AND LEGO STORYVISUALIZER APP: you can create Lego storystarter set tales with children and visualize the tales with Lego blocks. Then you can take pictures about the scenes created and upload the pictures to Lego Storyvisualizer app. There you can create comic book about the story – add background, special effects, speech bubbles aso. Ready comics can be saved to computer or be printed out.
2.EDISON ROBOT: Edison is a simple educational robot. It reads barcodes with different commands of activities and you can also create programme with blocks with tablets or computers. Edison also matches with Lego blocks. Edison moves around according to program or following light, noise or black lines.

3.BOTLEY ROBOT: a coding robot suitable for smaller children. The robot can follow a line, avoid obstacles and it can be controlled with simple remote. The robot is a screen free toy and the set includes coding cards for planning the journey or giving children different assignment.
4.DOCROBOT: simple educational robot that gives children assignments about moving around and children have to push the right buttons to follow the instructions.
5.BEE-BOT ROBOTS: Bee-Bots are educational robots. It is very simple programming opportunity for children from very early age. Children push the movement buttons (forward, backward, turn left, turn right) according to the planned journey for the robot.

6.CODING EXPRESS: Coding express is Lego Education blocks. This is easy way to teach children simple coding with blocks and also problem solving skills.

7.METAL DETECTORS: There are 4 metal detectors in one charging set. Metal detectors will make peep sound when they recognize metal. Teachers can plan outdoor activity – for example treasure hunt (metal coins are hidden in the sandbox and children search for the treasure with metal detectors). Also teachers can plan indoors activity – for example teachers hides something inside folium paper and places them inside kinetic sand. Children look for folium paper inside kinetic sand with metal detecors.
8.PET-BITS ROBOTS: Pet-Bits are very simple coding robots and suitable for small children. The robots move around, dance, talk and giggle. You can record your voice and robots act for hand clapping, blowing air and pushing button. 2 and more Pet-Bits robots communicate when they meet.
9.INO-BOT ROBOT: InO-Bot is a simple robot. Robot follows/reads a line and also works with tablets. The robot can be led with programming in Scratch program. You can insert a pencil inside the robot and the robot draws while driving.
10.SAMMY-BOT ROBOT (Kids first coding and Robotics): The set is for learning basic coding. It includes story cards, coding cards, Sammy robot and smart blocks to create different models for the stories. Sammy robot reads code cards and moves around the map cards.
11.LEARN-O: Learn-o is a digital orientation game. Children move around with map/card and solve assignments created by teacher. Every child has a programmed and individual electronic finger that is used in the checkpoints when solving the assignments. The results are viewed in the computer.
12.CONNECT MICROSCOPES: Easy scope microscopes are digital microscopes that are controlled with tablets. It is possible to take a picture of the magnificated object.

QR codes
14.QR CODES: QR codes were used in both indoor and outdoor activities. Teachers created QR codes orientation activities where children searched for QR codes and opened them with tablets. Then children solved different assignments. You can create your own QR codes. Every QR code can open pictures, internet sites, text aso.
· Online learning: children open QR codes prepared by teachers and solve different assignments as for example learn Turkish regions.
· LANGUAGE LEARNING – each QR code include a small text from different tales as a reading assignment. A worksheet is completed according to every QR code.
· OUTDOOR ORIENTATION AT PHYSICAL ACTIVITY LESSON – children look for QR codes created by teacher all around the playground using tablets or smartphones. Children open the codes and read the assignment. Then children complete the physical education challenge described.
