Statement of Conflict of Interest

My primary employment is to take applicants on their practical driving tests as a Driver Testing Officer (DTO) in VTNZ Dunedin, Alexandra and Queenstown. I will continue with this role, in addition to being available as an Independent Driving Instructor with Learning Curves Driving & Consulting at any time after hours, including weekends, mornings and evenings.

​For disclosure purposes and to avoid any conflict of interest with my current employment, please note that once you agree to be a student with LCDC (Learning Curves Driving & Consulting), I will disqualify myself from being your Testing Officer on your Practical Driving Test. In other words, another DTO will be assigned to conduct your practical test.

This ensures the testing regime is completely above-board and 100% independent and separate to any teaching received from me as an instructor.

Participants for Parent Coaching workshop will have no effect on this conflict stated above.

Drivers undergoing Employee Driving Assessment will have no effect on this conflict stated above as no driving instructions are provided to the drivers.
