Rules Of Behaviours

Section 03: Admins' Behaviours (For all of admins, moderators, and partners)

1. All the act of using viruses and malwares or supporting 'black hackers' to install viruses and malwares to either steal or sell the users' data or violate any rules of "Privacy Policy" are totally prohibited. All of 'black hackers', including non-hackers and accomplices, are extremely required to stand trial and receive sentences from the local and global government.
2. All of admins, moderators, and partners must respect the privacy and value of the users: Joining this group/site requires trust from both sides. Real, expressive discussions make the group great but can also be sensitive and private. Do not disclose content shared within the group to outside.
3. All of admins, moderators, and partners must be sincere and polite, and treat everyone with equality: We are all here to create a friendly environment. Treat everyone with respect. 'Healthy' and controversial debates or discussions are natural but also need to be sincere.
4. All of admins, moderators, and partners must use no language that provokes hate or bullying: We have to make sure everyone feels safe. All forms of bullying are not allowed and humiliating comments about race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity ... will not be accepted.
5. All the sites and sub-URLs must not have any spam or fake news: All of admins, moderators, and partners must dedicate more to this site and they must be highly-appreciated. Self-promotion is acceptable but no excuse for being overlimit: spam, fake news, and posting inappropriate links are strictly prohibited.
6. All the sites and sub-URLs may have some ads (Advertising; banners; etc) due to the fact that the main URL are owned by Google. However, we and users are always working to ensure that all the sites and sub-URLs are totally 'clean': No viruses and malwares, increase the users' experience, no illegal act of data collection, limit ads as possible.
7. All of admins, moderators, and partners must follow and ensure the copyright regulations and author's use of copyrighted materials: Any intellectual property and honor of the author / owner are not allowed to destroy, offend, modify or commercialize in any way. The intellectual and honorary products of the author / owner need to be respected and clearly cited.
8. All members and administrators must abide by the above rules: Any unresolved ideas, please contact Ichiru (Owner and Founder of Sites): Those who violate will be strictly handled.
9. Only the admin Ichiru (or Ichiru Take - Pham Hoang Minh) are the only one who can change Rules of Behaviors to adapt to any new situations in the future. However, all the changes must be in the limit of the state policy of the host country, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service published by Google [1] or Facebook [2] or any reputed organization that is authorized. All the act of change must not affect the users' rights and must prohibit if their use are being exploited for satisfying the individuals, teams, or organizations.
10. All of admins, moderators, and partners must follow and ensure the Section 01 and Section 03 of this Rules of Behaviors.

Section 02: Copyrighted and Academic Integrity (For all of guests, viewers, and students)

1. All of the files are not owned by the admin because of its daily usage in the International University's course (IU - VNUHCM). If they are violating any section of the 'copyright rules', please do not hesitate to inform us, we will definitely remove it by the publisher's / author's / writer's request.
2. There are some contents and materials that are either copyrighted or violating the academic integrity such as the act of score-selling, supporting others directly for quizzes or assignments by giving / passing accounts. Any action above, if execute, is strictly prohibited at this sites or the University.
3. Some assignments or student reports cannot be freely shared as it violates the act of academic integrity. Please ask the lecturer, admin, or author to gain permission to that wanted documents.
4. The file can be changed by Professor to be suited with him/her teaching methods or to be used for updating new knowledge, experience or changing the lecture's structure. If possible, please inform us about this changes at the Review section.
