Privacy Policy for Punjabi for Kids

LogicStack LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Punjabi for Kids mobile application.

Information We Collect

When a parent or guardian signs in with Google, we receive from Google:

- Display name

- Email address

- Google profile picture URL

While you use the App, we also store:

- Your chosen avatar (a kid-friendly emoji)

- Learning progress and app settings (e.g., kids-mode preference)

- A session identifier used only to prevent the same account from being signed in on multiple devices at once

- Subscription status (active / cancelled / expired) and renewal date

If you use the App as a guest without signing in, no personal information is sent to our servers.

We do NOT collect: real name, date of birth, address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, advertising IDs, or any behavioral tracking data. The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect only to:

- Create and manage your account and sync it across devices

- Save and restore learning progress and avatar

- Verify your active Premium subscription

- Enforce a one-device-per-account limit to protect subscriptions

- Respond to feedback you submit through the App

We do not use your information for advertising or profiling.

Data Storage and Third-Party Services

Your data is stored securely with:

- Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore (user profile, progress, sessions)

- RevenueCat (subscription verification)

- Google Play Billing (subscription payments - we do not store any payment or credit card information)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

Children's Privacy

This App is designed for children. We comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), Google Play Families Policy, and GDPR-K where applicable. Google Sign-In is intended for a parent or guardian to enable account features. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children beyond what is listed above.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information without your consent, please contact us and we will delete it.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time directly inside the App:

Profile tab → Settings → Delete Account

This removes your profile, learning progress, and session data from our servers. If you prefer to request deletion by email, write to kernelkrafttech@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account" and we will process your request within 30 days.

Cancelling a subscription is done through the Google Play Store and does not automatically delete your account data.

Your Other Rights

You may also:

- Sign out (Profile → Settings → Sign Out)

- Change your avatar (Profile → Character)

- Cancel your subscription (Profile → Settings → Premium Plan → Manage Subscription)

- Request a copy of your data by emailing us

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top and, where reasonable, notifying users in the App.
