These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LearnFolio, an app and related services for investment education, financial literacy, simulated practice, educational explanations, and related features. By creating an account, accessing the app, or using the services, you agree to these Terms.
LearnFolio helps beginner investors learn investing concepts and practice in a simulated environment. The service is provided for educational and practice purposes only.
LearnFolio is an educational service for anyone interested in learning investing through educational content and simulated practice.
If you are under the age required to enter into a legally binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you should use LearnFolio with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. LearnFolio is provided only for education and simulated practice. The app does not involve real-money trading or personalized investment advice.
LearnFolio provides educational content, simulated practice, and general financial-literacy information. LearnFolio does not provide personalized financial or investment advice. Nothing in the app should be treated as a recommendation or instruction to buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, cryptocurrency, ETF, or other asset.
Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Crypto assets can be especially volatile and may be subject to additional legal, regulatory, liquidity, and operational risks. You should consult a qualified professional before making real-world financial decisions.
LearnFolio simulated trading is for learning and practice only. It does not execute real-money trades and does not create any real investment account or advisory relationship.
Virtual balances, simulated rewards, simulated holdings, and simulated returns have no real monetary value, cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for cash, and are not legal tender or stored value.
Simulated performance does not predict, guarantee, or represent real-world investment performance. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or different from executable market prices.
Simulated orders may use simplified assumptions and may not reflect real-world spreads, slippage, liquidity, commissions, taxes, order priority, market closures, or execution delays.
Simulated prices may differ from prices available in real trading markets.
We may reset, adjust, suspend, or correct simulated balances, rewards, holdings, or activity records to fix errors, prevent abuse, or operate the service.
Some educational explanations or outputs may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence.
AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, bias, or outdated information. They are provided for educational support only and are not reviewed by a licensed financial professional unless expressly stated.
Users must independently verify important information before making real-world financial decisions.
Do not use the service to request personalized investment advice, stock-picking certainty, guaranteed returns, market-timing instructions, or definite buy/sell/hold recommendations.
Do not submit passwords, financial account credentials, sensitive personal information, or confidential third-party information through the service.
We may apply quotas, safety checks, content moderation, logging, and review processes to operate and improve the service and prevent misuse.
You may create an account using email, Apple Sign In, Google Sign-In, or other supported authentication methods.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account information current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Notify us promptly at learnfolio_app@outlook.com if you suspect unauthorized access or security issues.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the service, or are required to be restricted by law.
You may provide content such as responses, prompts, uploads, profile information, and other materials. You retain your rights in content you submit.
You grant LearnFolio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, maintain, and support the Service.
This license ends when your content is deleted from our active systems, except where temporary retention is reasonably necessary for backups, security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that your content does not violate laws, third-party rights, or these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use LearnFolio as a real-money trading tool or as a substitute for professional financial advice.
Misrepresent educational outputs, simulated returns, virtual rewards, or educational content as guaranteed investment results.
Upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or privacy-violating content.
Attempt to access another user's account, bypass security controls, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the service.
Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to manipulate rewards, virtual balances, activity records, or usage limits.
Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws, platform rules, or third-party rights.
LearnFolio may use third-party market data, technology providers, authentication providers, analytics tools, email vendors, notification services, app stores, and other service providers. Market information may be delayed, aggregated, adjusted, incomplete, unavailable, or derived from third-party sources.
Market information may not reflect real-time executable prices and must not be used as the sole basis for real-world trading or investment decisions. Stock and cryptocurrency data may use different exchanges, trading hours, time zones, methodologies, or data sources.
Market information is provided for educational and simulated-practice purposes only. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
LearnFolio, including its software, design, content, text, graphics, brand elements, features, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to CYBER CARRIER CAPITAL LIMITED and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service for its intended educational purpose.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information. By using LearnFolio, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account through the app where supported. Deleting your account permanently erases associated cloud data and cannot be undone, except for information we retain as required or permitted by law.
You may stop using LearnFolio at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the service, or if required by law or platform rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnFolio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs. We do not guarantee learning outcomes, investment outcomes, simulated performance, real-world performance, availability of market data, or correctness of AI outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CYBER CARRIER CAPITAL LIMITED, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of LearnFolio.
LearnFolio provides educational content and simulated practice only. We are not responsible for real-world investment decisions or financial losses based on educational content, market data, simulated results, or outputs available through the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify CYBER CARRIER CAPITAL LIMITED against third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising directly from:
content you submit that infringes third-party rights;
your intentional misuse of the Service;
your material violation of these Terms; or
your violation of applicable law.
This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from LearnFolio's own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach of these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of LearnFolio. We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law. Your continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory protections available under the laws of your country or region.
You may have the right to bring a claim before the courts of your habitual residence where applicable law permits.

If you download LearnFolio through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and CYBER CARRIER CAPITAL LIMITED, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for LearnFolio, except as required by applicable law.
Your use of LearnFolio must also comply with the applicable App Store terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for a specific feature, form the entire agreement between you and LearnFolio regarding the Service.
