Sometimes you just need a refresher on ideas that have been around for year. Hopefully, this will remind you or put a few new ideas in your head.
January is a month of reflection and repurpose. Each year we are given a new opportunity to change our habits, to improve our lifestyle, and to set new goals! Each year I always choose a word that will keep me on track when I just don't feel motivated. Last year, my word was "sparkle" and I sparkled my way through 2022. I had no idea that this is the word that would hit me as a grieved the lose of life in my family and the changes that came my way. Through it all I found my inner sparkle and this got me through. This year, I am choosing to FOCUS! Focus on what mattered, focus on improving my schedules, focusing on my family, focusing on my resources that need improvement.
Also, check out a few free and paid resources just added this month below.
Don't forget the following BIG events coming up:
MLK Day
Presidents Day
Valentine's Day
Black History Month
