When I’m not coaching and consulting, I’m living my greatest dream — life with my incredible wife, Hilary, and our six amazing children. 

Yes, life is busy, but I’m passionate about health and wellness so I carve out time to exercise regularly. Staying active fuels my body, mind, and spirit.
