The more that I learn about God, and the more that He teaches and guides me, the more I discover that God's ways of teaching us are very different from any of the educational theories that I am familiar with. It is good to build on the truths that others have found; in my library I have some books on education that I value, myself. But surely we should be putting the wisdom of One who understands all things before the words of other imperfect mortals. God's knowledge of education is not limited to specific circumstances, as is the knowledge of teachers here on Earth. God is not continually seeking answers to perplexing questions, as we are. God is motivated by perfect love and a perfect understanding of each one of us.
I can't explain the things that I have learned from God, in such a way that others would understand for themselves the things that I have come to know. I still have so much left to learn, even if I could explain things so perfectly. All that I can do is to do my best to point others in the right direction, so that they can also learn important truths through their own experiences with God. Please keep that in mind as you read the thoughts that I share here.
