On 24th January 2025, I had the privilege of conducting a session on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) for the SY students of JSPM's Jayawantrao Sawant College of Engineering, Hadapsar, Pune-411028, Maharashtra Departments of IT and E&TC.

With the valuable support of Dr. Shaileah Hambrade (HoD E&TC) and Dr. Poonam Lambhate (HoD IT), we delved into the 10Ps Framework—Purpose, Plan, Process, People, and more—to explore how it transforms challenges into growth opportunities.

Today (,22.10.2024), we had the privilege of listening to Dr. Nihar Rajan , from IT Department RSCOE,Pune on How to write a research paper * 🎉 for B.Tech final-year engineering students attended, gaining experience in writing research paper 💡 The session included one hour discussion on why research is important and Tools of research * . 🤝

🎉 Celebrating the Grand Success of Inter-College Project Completion: RACHNA-24 🎉

We are thrilled to share the success of RACHNA-24, an inspiring inter-college project competition that showcased the creativity, dedication, and technical skills of students from various institutions. The event was inaugurated by Director Dr. S.P. Bhosle of JSPM's Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering and hosted by the Department of Electronics & Telecommunication under the leadership of Mr. S.C. Wagaj, HoD, with Dr. P.M. Ghate serving as the Event Coordinator. Held on 24th October 2024, this competition was a vibrant celebration of student innovation and teamwork.

We were honored to welcome esteemed guests, whose insights added tremendous value to the event:

Mr. Sandip Natote, Head of Department at Government Polytechnic Pune, shared his valuable encouragement and wisdom.
Mr. Manoj Nagmode, Professor at Government College of Engineering and Research Awasari Khurd, provided insightful guidance.
Mr. Ruturaj Shinde, Director at Smartivo, Pune, inspired students with his entrepreneurial journey.
Mr. Rohit Podar, Director at Micromax Instruments, Pune, encouraged creative thinking and innovation.

We were delighted to host an insightful session on October 17, 2024 🎉, featuring Mr. Raj Kolpe, Director of Comfort Tours Pvt. Ltd., Pune, and Dr. Sanjay Lakade, Dean of Innovation and Incubation at RSCOE. The focus was on project idea pitching, attended by over 100 second-year engineering students 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓. The session provided practical experience in applying theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios. Highlights included a one-hour workshop on How to Transform an Idea into a Product 💡, the release of a book featuring stories of successful entrepreneurs 📚, and interactive case studies on project evaluation, followed by an engaging brainstorming session 🤝.

Today (15.10.2024), we had the privilege of listening to Dr. P.M. Ghate , a resource from RSCOE,Pune on Design Thinking IDEA Lab! 🎉 Over 200 first-year engineering students attended, gaining experience in applying theoretical concepts. 💡 The session included one hour of explanation and another hour of activities , group discussions, and brainstorming . 🤝 It was followed by a meeting with faculty to discuss effective teaching strategies.
