AirDesk Terminal Trainer

AirDesk Terminal Trainer is an independent learning application whose training content and records work locally. This policy explains what information the app and its advertising provider process and the choices available to you.

SUMMARY

The developer does not operate an AirDesk account or training-data server and does not receive your terminal commands, practice records, assessment progress, backups, or completion records.

The app uses Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to display advertising and manage consent. These Google services may collect and share limited device, interaction, and diagnostic data as described below.

INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

The app may store the following information locally on your device:

• Your acceptance of the training agreement.

• Display and terminal preferences.

• Practice history, assessment progress, and results.

• Fictional terminal sessions, simulated passenger records, queues, bookings, tickets, EMDs, fares, and related practice data.

• An optional learner name that you enter when creating a completion record.

This locally stored training information is used to provide app functionality. It is not transmitted to or accessible by the developer. Advertising data described in the following section is processed independently by Google.

ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY PROCESSING

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share:

• The device’s IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location.

• App and advertising interactions, such as app launches, taps, impressions, and video views when applicable.

• Diagnostic and performance information, such as launch time, hang rate, energy usage, and SDK operation.

• Device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising identifier, app set ID, and identifiers associated with Google services when applicable.

Google states that this data may be used for advertising or marketing, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance. Data is encrypted during transmission.

Actual processing may vary depending on device settings, region, consent choices, ad-serving mode, SDK configuration, and changes Google makes to its services.

AirDesk does not request precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, or payment information. The developer has not added a separate analytics service and does not receive an AirDesk analytics dashboard, although Google Mobile Ads may perform advertising-related analytics and diagnostics.

CONSENT AND ADVERTISING PRIVACY CHOICES

Where required, UMP requests consent information and presents Google’s consent form before advertisements are requested. Available choices depend on your region and the messages configured in the publisher’s AdMob account.

When Google requires a privacy-options entry point, you can reopen Google’s form from:

You may also reset or delete your Android advertising identifier through Android system settings.

If consent or advertising services are unavailable, the app’s training features remain usable and the advertisement is suppressed.

USER-CONTROLLED IMPORTS, EXPORTS, BACKUPS, AND SHARING

You may choose to import a local content pack, export a content pack, create or restore an encrypted local backup, or share a generated completion record.

These actions occur only after you select a file or destination using Android system controls.

A destination application, email provider, browser, cloud-storage service, or other service you select may process the exported information under its own privacy policy. The developer does not receive your files or control the information after you export or share it.

EXTERNAL REFERENCE LINKS

The app may provide links to public reference websites. Opening a link transfers you to your browser or another application.

That application and the destination website apply their own privacy policies. AirDesk Terminal Trainer does not receive information about the pages you visit.

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Local data remains on your device until you take one of the following actions:

• Use Settings → Reset all training data to remove local practice sessions, simulated records, and progress.

• Use Android system settings to clear the app’s storage.

• Uninstall the app.

Files that you exported or shared are not removed when app data is reset or the app is uninstalled. You must delete those copies separately from their destinations.

SECURITY

App data is stored in the Android application sandbox using native SQLite and preferences.

Optional backup files are protected using password-based AES-GCM authenticated encryption. No storage or encryption method can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your device, backup password, and exported files.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

AirDesk Terminal Trainer is intended for adult learners and travel-industry practice. It is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

INDEPENDENT PRODUCT AND THIRD-PARTY NAMES

AirDesk Terminal Trainer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Travelport or Galileo, Sabre or Abacus, Amadeus, any airline, any travel agency, BSP, ARC, or any live booking provider.

Vendor names are used only to identify command styles for independent practice. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

This policy may be updated if the app’s behavior or applicable legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this policy will be updated when changes are published.
