Dol led(이하 "본 앱")는 휴대폰 화면에 전광판을 표시한 상태에서 전면 카메라로 촬영·녹화할 수 있는 애플리케이션입니다.
본 앱은 사용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 회원가입이나 로그인 절차가 없습니다. 본 앱은 개발자에게 어떠한 사용자 데이터도 전송하지 않습니다. 구독 결제를 위해 Google Play 결제 서비스와 통신하는 것은 예외이며, 5장에서 설명합니다. 촬영된 사진과 영상을 포함한 모든 데이터는 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.

저장공간 (Android 9 이하에만 해당) — 녹화한 영상을 기기의 갤러리에 저장하기 위해 사용합니다. Android 10 이상에서는 이 권한 없이 저장됩니다.
사진과 동영상을 전광판 화면에 함께 띄우는 기능은 Android가 제공하는 선택 도구를 사용하며, 사용자가 직접 고른 파일에만 접근합니다. 앨범 전체에 대한 접근 권한을 요구하지 않습니다.
카메라와 마이크는 사용자가 녹화 버튼을 눌렀을 때만 동작합니다. 백그라운드에서 몰래 녹화하거나 소리를 듣는 기능은 없으며, 녹화 중에는 화면에 녹화 중임을 알리는 표시가 나타납니다.
녹화한 영상은 사용자 기기의 Movies/LedBoard 폴더에 저장됩니다.
전광판에 사용할 로고 이미지와 사진을 고르면 앱 내부 저장 공간에 복사되어 보관됩니다.
입력한 문구, 색상, 글꼴 등의 설정값은 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다.
구독 등급(무료·Pro·Pro Plus)은 통신이 끊겨도 쓸 수 있도록 기기 내부에 저장됩니다.
위 데이터는 개발자를 포함한 누구에게도 전송되지 않습니다. 개발자는 사용자의 촬영물을 열람할 수 없습니다.
본 앱은 녹화 시간 제한 해제 등 추가 기능을 Google Play 정기 결제(구독)로 제공합니다.
결제는 Google이 Google Play 결제 시스템으로 처리합니다. 결제 과정에서 Google이 처리하는 정보는 Google 개인정보처리방침(https://policies.google.com/privacy)을 따릅니다.
본 앱은 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 받거나 저장하지 않습니다.
본 앱은 구독 여부를 확인하기 위해 Google Play로부터 구매 정보(상품 종류, 구독 상태, 구매 확인용 토큰)를 받아 기기 안에서만 사용합니다. 이 정보는 개발자의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

Dol led (the "App") displays a scrolling LED-style message board on the phone screen while allowing the user to record video with the front camera.
The App does not collect any personal information. It does not operate a server, and it has no sign-up or login. The App does not transmit any user data to the developer. The only exception is communication with Google Play's billing service for subscriptions, described in Section 5. All data, including photos and recorded videos, stays on the user's device.

It does not collect IP addresses, device identifiers, or advertising identifiers.
It does not collect usage or analytics data.
It does not use cookies.
It does not include any third-party analytics or advertising SDK. The only external SDK is the Google Play Billing Library, used for subscriptions.
Camera — Used to show a live preview and record video with the front camera. If denied, recording is unavailable, but the message board display still works.
Microphone — Used to capture audio while recording. If denied, video is recorded without sound.
Storage (Android 9 and below only) — Used to save recorded videos to the device gallery. On Android 10 and above, this permission is not required.
Selecting a photo or video to display alongside the message board uses the Android system picker, which grants access only to the file the user chooses. The App does not request access to the entire photo library.
The camera and microphone are active only while the user is recording. The App has no background recording or listening capability, and an on-screen indicator is shown while recording is in progress.
Recorded videos are saved to the Movies/LedBoard folder on the device.
Logo images and photos selected by the user are copied into the App's private storage.
Text, colors, fonts, and other settings are stored only on the device.
Your subscription tier (Free, Pro, Pro Plus) is stored on the device so it keeps working when you are offline.
None of this data is transmitted to anyone, including the developer. The developer cannot access recordings made by users.
The App offers extra features, such as unlimited recording time, through Google Play subscriptions.
Payments are processed by Google through the Google Play billing system. Information Google handles during payment is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
The App never receives or stores card numbers or other payment details.
To check your subscription, the App receives purchase information from Google Play (product, subscription status, and a purchase verification token) and uses it only on the device. It is not sent to any developer server.
Through Google Play Console, the developer receives order details from Google, such as order number, product, price, and country of purchase. These are used only to keep transaction records required by law and to handle refunds and inquiries.
You can cancel a subscription anytime in Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
The App does not share personal information with third parties. Subscription payments are processed directly by Google, as described in Section 5 and the Google Privacy Policy.
The developer stores no user data on any server. All data resides on the user's device and can be deleted by the user.
Recorded videos can be deleted from the gallery app.
Logo images and photos can be deleted from the App's settings screen.
Uninstalling the App removes the settings and images it stored internally. Videos already saved to the gallery remain and must be deleted separately.
The App is intended for users aged 18 and over. It does not knowingly collect information from children, and in fact collects no personal information from any user.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page and takes effect on the date of posting.
