Welcome to my journey as a fitness, nutrition and physique enhancement coach. I am excited to share what I have learned and to help others achieve their wellness goals while learning some things about fitness, nutrition, and taking care of yourself together.  Your success is my success.  I keep learning new ways to be successful in my health journey.  My hope is to pass those along to you as well.

I am a NASM Certified Physique and Bodybuilding Coach.  I competed in two natural figure competitions in 2021 and three natural bodybuilding competitions in 2023.  I earned my pro-card at the Minnesota Mayhem Natty Revolution in the women's bodybuilding division and earned third place in my first professional competition the following week: (USBF Midwest Legends Classic & Pro Masters Championships)!  I am a lifelong multi-sport athlete including two half-ironman races, the Dopey Challenge, multiple half marathons, sprint triathlons, softball, basketball, and volleyball.  

My journey into bodybuilding started in 2020 and has inspired me to help others achieve their own wellness and body composition goals.  I have learned so much about nutrition and the importance it plays in healthy living.

• I offer virtual coaching on nutrition, lifestyle/fitness, combination of both, and competition prep programs.

• I am also an independent fitness consultant with the Marinette/Menominee YMCA in Menominee Michigan.  If you are in the Marinette, Wisconsin area and prefer in person coaching, I am taking clients at this time.  The lifestyle and fitness programs are available with the in-person client as well.
