The goal of this WG Meeting is to extend, compare and explore these new regularization schemes through NNLO and beyond. During three days, there will be roughly 10 plenary talks, followed by plenty of time for discussion and collaboration among the attendants
Joint seminars of the particle physics phenomenology groups in Milan (INFN-UNIMI-UNIMIB), for informations see the Indico page.
A two-day workshop on photon physics at the LHC will be held in May 2015 in Paris, inside the campus of Université Pierre et Marie Curie.
The workshop will focus on the experimental issues of photon reconstruction, the measurements, discoveries or searches of Standard Model and beyond-Standard Model processes in proton collisions producing photons in the final state, and comparisons with the main theoretical predictions.
The goal of the meeting is to review and to discuss the state-of-the-art and future developments in the research field of higher order perturbative corrections in the Standard Model and beyond, with emphasis on phenomenology at the LHC, and the development of customized open source software for precision physics at colliders. Topics to be discussed include Precision Discovery Support to Experiments Technology Innovations The LHCPhenoNet Workshop on Particle Physics is targetted mainly for PhD students and young post-doctoral researchers. However, master and undergraduate students are encouraged to apply. The workshop will take place at Universidad de Buenos Aires. The goal of the scientific programme is to review and to discuss the state-of-the-art and future developments in the research field of higher order perturbative corrections in the Standard Model and beyond, with emphasis on phenomenology at the LHC, and the development of customized open source software for precision physics at colliders. This is the Mid-Term meeting of the Initial Training Network LHCPhenoNet (http://www.lhcphenonet.eu).
The event includes the Mid-Term Review meeting on September 18-19, where the scientific and training output of the network will be evaluated by Representatives of the Research Executive Agency (REA). Representatives of each beneficiary and all the funded fellows must attend the meeting.
