According to the April 11, 1994 issue of the Baltimore Sun a man's body was found on Saturday April, 9, 1994 near the 4900 block of Windsor Mill Road. Preliminary findings indicated a suicide said police.
When I contacted the Cold Case Squad this body was not in their files which leads to me to believe it was a confirmed suicide.
