James Moore

According to the Baltimore Police Department, on January 31, 2022, at approximately 1:51 a.m., Southwest District patrol officers were dispatched to the Unit block of Morris Road to investigate a reported shooting. When officers arrived at the location they observed an unidentified male suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced dead by medical personnel.

On March 11, 2023 the Baltimore Police reported that in reference to the killing of  31-year-old James Moore, investigators have arrested 38-year-old Ronnie Harris Jr , 33-year-old Janay Barksdale , and 40-year-old Morgan Reed.  Ronnie Harris has been charged with 1st Degree Murder while Barksdale and Reed have both been charged with Conspiracy to Commit Retaliation, Accessory After the Fact to 1st and 2nd Degree Murder, and Retaliation and Witness Intimidation.
