Infant
From the November 14, 1991 edition of the Baltimore Sun it was reported by the police that a newborn infant's body was found on Novemer 13, 1991 in a plastic bag in Leakin Park. The police got a call at 4;39 PM from a man who said he had seen a bag and bloody objects out side the bag as he drove along Franklintown Road at Chesholm Road. Police found the bag on the street near the curb. Inside was a female newborn's body wrapped in towels which was then wrapped in 2 plastic bags.
The infant still had it's umbilical cord attached appeared to be full term or nearly full term. An autopsy was to be performed to determine if the baby was stillborn or was born alive and then killed.

I'll eventually get down to the courthouse to find out about the status of the autopsy.
