These sessions are designed to give students the tools they need to find their voice in the face of difficulty. A strong, self confident child is far less likely to be selected as a victim by either a bully or an adult with bad intentions.
Students are able to practice standing up to bullies with confident speech patterns and body language. They will learn learn the best way to address a trusted adult to get help. Finally, they will be taught how to take down another child and pin them until help arrives. This program is an important community service and a way to introduce new children to the benefits of martial arts
