Hi Everyone, my name is Leah and I am the owner of the salon. 

Here is a little bit about me... I have been hairdressing since I was 14 years old. I left school early after having countless amounts of problems whilst attenting and decided to start college. I am now fully qualifed in Level 1, 2 & 3 of womens hairdressing and opened the doors to my very own salon on Feburary the 7th 2023 at the age of 18 years old. The salon is based in South Yorkshire, specifically Kimberworth, Rotherham. I had been working from home on friends and family and decided to take the next step into my career. 

During my first few months, I've had radio interviews, had my own article in the local newspaper and entered the hair and beauty awards UK placing 9th in the whole of Yorkshire and Humber for "THE BEST NEW SALON" and 10th for "ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR" these are all huge accomplishments for me! I have an extremely strong passion for hairdressing and all things beauty which I am also qualified in! Leahs Lounge is a one stop shop. Here you can get your hair, makeup, beauty & nail treatments done, we have Hayley in the salon doing nails, facial & cluster lashes! She has her own business {Definitive nails} and is mobile aswell as working in the salon.

We both thrive doing what we do best and always love welcoming new clients into the salon. Leahs Lounge is a safe space where our clients can come and enjoy their treatments, be themselves, unwind, relax and leave the salon feeling better than how they did when arriving.
