The Student Government Association and SustainableUMD will be hosting our second annual EarthFest event at McKeldin Mall on April 21st, from 11 am to 3 pm. EarthFest will be a First Look Fair/Maryland Day type event that entails fun Inflatable Obstacle Courses, DIY activities, photo booth, a collaborative art display, raffles, prizes, game areas, bike and skateboard show, and various student clubs, departments, and labs who will bring fun interactive activities with informative displays, and more! No registration is required to attend EarthFest! Join us at McKeldin Mall on the 21st from 11am-3pm, and celebrate Earth week with us!

AMERICAN ECOLOGICAL ENGINEERING SOCIETY
The UMD chapter of the American Ecological Engineering Society was established for the expressed purpose of promoting the development of sustainable ecosystems that integrate human society with the natural environment for the benefit of both. This is accomplished predominantly through student-led on-campus project design and implementation, as well as public and community outreach, public education, extending professional development, raising awareness, and encouraging research and student participation.
