Privacy Policy — LEAF ACADEMY

LEAF ACADEMY is developed and published by LEAF LEARNING. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the LEAF ACADEMY mobile application (the "App").

As of the current version of LEAF ACADEMY:
· The App does not require account creation or login.
· The App does not collect any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number).
· The App does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising tools.
· The App does not display advertisements.
· The App does not process any payments.
The educational content you view (theory notes, quizzes, and practice questions) is delivered to your device over the internet and, once loaded, is cached locally on your device so that it remains available even without an internet connection. This cached content stays on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.
The App requests internet access only, which is required to download educational content. The App does not request access to your camera, contacts, location, storage, microphone, or any other device feature.
LEAF ACADEMY is an educational app intended for students, including those under the age of 18. Because the App does not collect any personal information from any user, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If this changes in a future update (see Section 4), we will update this policy and put in place appropriate safeguards and parental consent mechanisms as required by applicable law.
LEAF LEARNING intends to grow LEAF ACADEMY over time. In future updates, the App may introduce one or more of the following features:
· User Accounts — an optional login (for example, using name and email address) to allow users to save their progress, quiz scores, and preferences across devices.
· Analytics — tools to help us understand how the App is used (for example, which sections are most visited), so that we can improve content and performance. This may include standard, industry-common analytics services.
· Premium / Subscription Content — certain advanced sections (for example, competitive exam preparation content such as UPSC, JPSC, and BPSC) may be offered as paid, subscription-based content in addition to the free content that will always remain available.
· Advertisements — the free version of the App may, in the future, display third-party advertisements to support the App's continued development.
If and when any of these features are introduced:
· This Privacy Policy will be updated in advance to clearly describe what data is collected, how it is used, and with whom (if anyone) it is shared.
· Where required by law or by Google Play policy, we will request your consent before collecting any new category of data.
· Material changes will be highlighted to users via an in-app notice or update notes.
· Our Data Safety declaration on the Google Play Store listing will be updated to accurately reflect the App's data practices at that time.
Nothing in this section should be read as a present collection of data — it describes our future plans only, so that users are informed in advance.
We do not sell, rent, or trade any information to third parties. Since the App currently collects no personal data, there is currently no personal data to share. Should this change under Section 4, this section will be updated to name any third-party service providers involved (for example, an analytics or payment provider) and the categories of data shared with them.
Any content cached on your device for offline use is stored locally within the App's own storage area on your phone, in line with standard Android app sandboxing, and is not accessible to other apps.
Because the App does not currently collect personal data, there is no account or personal data to access, correct, or delete. You may uninstall the App at any time, which will remove all locally cached content from your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly as new features described in Section 4 are introduced. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
