By using LeadFlow Cards, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Purpose of the App
LeadFlow Cards is a productivity tool that helps users scan business cards, organize leads, manage follow-ups, create digital business cards, and export business contact records.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you add, scan, save, export, or share through the app. You should only add business cards and contact information that you are allowed to store and use.
No Public Database
LeadFlow Cards does not provide public phone lookup, public contact discovery, scraping, or access to public number databases.
Subscriptions and Purchases
LeadFlow Cards may offer optional Pro features through in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled through your Apple ID account settings and Apple’s policies.
Data and Backup
Lead data is stored locally on your device. Optional iCloud backup may sync data through your personal iCloud account when available.
No Guarantee
We work to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee that OCR extraction, reminders, exports, or sync features will always be error-free. Users should review extracted business card details before saving or using them.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app for spam, unauthorized contact collection, harassment, scraping, or unlawful business communication.
Changes
We may update these terms when needed. Continued use of the app means you accept the latest version.
