Privacy Policy for LeadFlow Cards
LeadFlow Cards is a business productivity app that helps users scan business cards, organize leads, create follow-up reminders, and manage business contacts.
Data Storage
LeadFlow Cards stores user-created leads, scanned card details, notes, reminders, tags, pipeline stages, and digital business card information locally on the user’s device.
Optional iCloud Backup
If iCloud backup or sync is enabled, data may sync through the user’s personal iCloud account. LeadFlow Cards does not upload lead, card, or contact data to our own servers.
No Public Phone Lookup
LeadFlow Cards does not provide public phone lookup, public contact discovery, scraping, or public number databases. Users choose which business cards and contacts they add.
Camera and Photos
The app may request access to the camera or photo library so users can scan or select business card images. These images are processed for the purpose of extracting contact details.
Notifications
The app may request notification permission to remind users about follow-ups they create.
Purchases
LeadFlow Cards offers optional in-app purchases through Apple’s App Store payment system. Purchases are processed by Apple.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. We do not upload user leads, scanned business cards, or contact data to our own servers.
