Description of Event

Purpose of Event

The purpose of this event is to share culturally responsive action plans that instructional leaders intend to implement towards advancing equity in their professional contexts. These action plans serve as a way to inspire other instructional leaders to lead culturally responsive, antiracist, and LGBTQ+ inclusive change in the school curriculum, instruction, and environments. The actions shared in these plans constitute instructional practices that engage adult learners in transformational learning within educational organizations to disrupt historically entrenched inequities.
