Why Participate in the Leaders of Change Programme?

Global Leaders of Change is a non-profit leadership organization with its first Leader of Change flagship program that seeks to train aspiring leaders with the requisite knowledge to become a better version of themselves.

Applicants over the two months will be taken through sessions that are tailored to improve their skills and the right mindset to cause a change in their communities.

The programme will be presented fully virtual with a hangout with the Global Leaders of Change Team.

The Concept of the Project

The idea is to contribute to the development of the youth in Ghana through the empowerment of the youth to take leading roles in their community, institutions, schools, or workplaces. We are looking for aspiring leaders in political, religious, and corporate settings.

The capacity and moral standing of the aspiring leaders will be enhanced so that they can become future capable and reliable leaders.

Again, creating a network of collaborators of young leaders from different backgrounds leading change in their society.

Eligibility Criteria

· 18-30

· Ghanaian

· Willingness to commit to the programme online

Duration and Important Dates

· Every Saturdays (June-July)

· The training will take place on 4 Saturdays in June 2022 and will continue for the next 4 Saturdays in July.

· Two sessions will be held on each Saturdays. One hour in the morning and One hour in the evening.

Other Information

· The programme is non-residential

· The participants must be willing to commit their Saturdays for the two months.

· Applicants will not be paid for participating.
